In June 2016 Rino Aldrighetti retired after 17 years leading the Pulmonary Hypertension Association…taking it from 1 staff to almost 60 with over $11 million in annual income. Before PHA, Rino created Development programs for the National Alliance for Mental Illness and the National Council for Adoption. As a consultant in funding and organizational development, he supported clients throughout the U.S. and in Canada.
Rino has two goals for this web site.
The first is to share knowledge from what he learned over 40 years of non-profit building and leadership.
The second is to connect with and help non-profit organizations clarify thinking about their culture as a pathway to growth and mission-fulfillment.
Rino hopes this site will become a value for you and for others.
